Belamos DWP 450

Pumping equipment is a key specialization of the Belamos east european brand, founded in 1993. Over the years of its presence on the market, the company has a good hand in the production of pumps for various needs. A good example of this is the drainage and fecal pump DWP 450.

Strong shoulders

The strong shoulders of the unit are charged with the tasks of pumping out sewage from receiving septic tanks, sewer sedimentation tanks, draining flooded cellars and basements. The pump is capable of pumping water with a 5% impurity content of the total volume of contents, as long as the size of the mechanical particles does not exceed the 25 mm threshold.

Margin of safety

For the sake of operation in the most difficult conditions , the pump body and the Belamos DWP 450 impeller are made of cast iron. The motor shaft of the device is assembled from stainless steel. In such scenarios, the pump cannot be called a “fluff” (the weight of the device reaches 18 kg), however, in terms of reliability indicators, questions to the model do not arise from the word at all. Strengthens the position of the pump the highest possible degree of water protection — IPX8.

Automation

The unit is capable of lifting water to a height of 9 m, during which its pumping capacity is 12,000 L/h. And this is with a relatively modest electric motor power (450 W). But the depth of "diving" of the pump should not exceed 5 m, otherwise you will not have enough length of the power cord. The pump can be safely left to work in automatic mode — the overheating and overload protection systems will turn off the device in case of emergency situations, and the float switch will turn off the motor when the level of the pumped liquid falls below the permissible limit.
