The connection to the tap is guaranteed secure up to 10 bar, due to a triple locking system and the sleeve is easy to use even when wet because of the twin soft-touch pads. The hose is firmly connected by barbs that connect with the inside and outside of the hose. Hose kinking, swelling and leaking at the connection point with the fitting is virtually eliminated due to the ingenious flexible hose-tail on the nut. Suitable for use with all 15mm (5/8 inch) and 19mm (3/4 inch) hoses.

The Gardena Adapter Piece creates a permanently pressure-resistant hose connection between a tap and the Gardena Connecting Point (Art. No. 2722-20). Permanent pressure is usually created when an Irrigation Valve or a Water Connector is connected. The Adapter Piece is suitable for taps with 26.5 mm (G 3/4") thread and 33.3 mm (G 1") thread, as well as for 19 mm (3/4") hoses. The supplied Hose Clip secures the hose. Alternatively, the Adapter Piece can also be used for connection from a 19 mm (3/4") Connecting Pipe to a 25 mm Connecting Pipe with the Gardena Connector 25 mm x 1" male thread (Art. No. 2763-20).
