The manufacturer calls the Black & Decker CS2245 saw a semi-professional model and claims that it is suitable not only for working in the country, but also for more serious areas, such as construction or park management. And Black & Decker has a strong argument for such words in the form of a powerful engine that the saw is equipped with. The 2200W motor and long 45cm bar allow you to cut mature trees and thick logs, as well as cut through wet wood.

However the payoff for a powerful engine and great tool capabilities is a very solid weight (5.66 kg — even among chainsaws there are many lighter models).

Thoughtful details

Despite the weight, the saw is comfortable to use because it has good ergonomics. Particularly pleased with the front D-handle. It is made in such a way that you can hold the handle with your left hand not only from above, but also from the side.
