In the proprietary line of the Sencor brand, the fruit dryer belongs to the older solutions and is positioned as a large-volume model. The manufacturer claims that the usable area for drying food products is 1.18 square metres, which is 65% more than that of analogues with the usual round pallets with a diameter of 32 cm. Horizontal Air Flow technology is also implemented here, that is, a 500 W heater and a fan with a diameter of 17 cm are located behind and provide uniform distribution of warm air on a working chamber.

The Sencor SFD 6601BK dryer received 12 trays measuring 330x300 mm each, with half of them made of stainless steel and the rest made of heat-resistant plastic. Also included in the package is a tray for preparing marshmallows (it does not provide holes, unlike the others). In addition to a wide operating temperature range (35 – 70 °C in 5 degree increments), the model provides 5 automatic programs that allow you to get dried meat, mushrooms, apples, spices / herbs or pasta. It is also worth highlighting the presence of protection against overheating and a convenient electronic control panel with buttons, a rotary temperature selection switch and an LED display.
