Weight vests

Vest

— weights in the form of vests worn on the upper part of the torso. They can have a different design — from two rings covering the shoulder joints, to full-fledged vests that cover the body from the neck to the waist. The method of creating resistance can also be different: in some vests, the classic method is used in the form of additional weight, in others, elastic shock-absorbing harnesses are used, one side attached to the vest, the other to the athlete's leg.
