Bluetooth

— a wireless interface for direct communication between various devices over relatively short distances — up to 10 m. The methods of using such a connection may be different, but in the case of players, the presence of Bluetooth means at least that the device can broadcast sound to wireless headphones and speakers (while support for aptX may be useful, see the relevant paragraph). In addition, other options for using Bluetooth can be provided: sharing content with a laptop or smartphones, working with fitness sensors, remote control of the player from a Bluetooth headset, etc. Specific features depend on the player model.
