— the stepper is equipped with a pair of high levers that mimic trekking or ski poles. Such simulators are designed for the so-called "Nordic walking". Thanks to the sticks, it becomes possible to work out the muscles of the upper body. Nordic walking allows you to keep the muscles of the legs, abs, chest, back and arms in good shape.
