The first model that arrived was defective — they sent one of the main screws of the wrong size. However, they quickly sent me a replacement, and there were no more issues. Assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were intuitive. The tilt from side to side is a bit stiff, even if you significantly loosen the corresponding screws, but that's a minor issue. It holds my 24-inch monitor perfectly, has decent adjustments, lowers the monitor to the desk when I want it to, and doesn't sag when I don't want it to. I would like the maximum height to be higher, but that's just a whim Max Rockatansky: use 2E 1MGS more than year |
