i have a Fiat Doblo, and last winter I put Snow Max studded tires on the front, didn't notice any ice or snowdrifts. This winter, I put Snow Cross studded tires on the front and really regretted it...! I swapped last year's Snow Max from the back to the front, and moved the Snow Cross from the front to the back. The car just transformed, as if it's driving on chains. A pity about the money, should have bought Snow Max again. the only advantage is the well-developed studs, which hold up well on ice. but in the snow, it's just a nightmare. The middle section of the tread gets packed with snow, and the car starts sliding around like it's on skis, going wherever it wants. It doesn't expel slushy snow, and you have to brake either with ABS or not brake at all. And this is with new tires. use Cordiant Snow Cross month or more i recommend it don't buy |
