I've been testing it for the second day. I've noticed the following drawbacks: the robot is afraid of curtains and doesn't approach them closely even with the "obstacle avoidance" function disabled. Also, the robot gets confused and loses orientation in the dark. If there were a similar model with a base-container but without Lidar, I would take it. Perhaps it's a software issue that will be refined since the model is new and an update will be released. But for now, the software is still a bit raw... I haven't tested the floor cleaning yet. It can be used for its intended purpose. The suction power seems normal. Raw software. I expected more intelligence from such a high-end model with a LiDAR. A slight tilt during operation can disrupt its orientation and confuse the robot's logic. So what's the LiDAR for then???  Evgeniy: use Dreame Z10 Pro less than month |
I've been using the Bot Z10 Pro for a month. As a vacuum cleaner, I have no complaints; it cleans thoroughly with no misses. It didn't disturb the Christmas tree, vacuuming carefully around it. It doesn't detect thin wires, but that's a common issue with robots. Mirrors that reach the floor are perceived as an extension of the apartment, but this can be resolved in the app by setting up a virtual wall. The average cleaning time is 1 square meter per minute. A key purchasing criterion was the presence of a self-cleaning base. I've never regretted it. The settings have the vacuum cleaner clean after each session (one can choose after 1, 2, or 3 sessions), and the vacuum's tank capacity is sufficient. The base is, of course, louder than the vacuum, but it only operates for a few seconds, so the noise from the base is not bothersome at all. The wet cleaning function is not mopping but wiping. The water tank should be enough for 80-100 square meters. I have 38 square meters, and there's more than half the water left in the tank. The app is convenient. I set it up quickly, and the functionality is sufficient for me. Now for the unpleasant part. Warranty repairs are only available in Moscow. So in case of a breakdown, you'll either need to send it to Moscow or pay for local repairs yourself. I encountered an issue where a wheel started to squeak. In the end, I fixed it myself; sending it would have been time-consuming, expensive, and with an uncertain outcome. Consumables are available only through AliExpress, sold both as sets and individually. In Russia, they are significantly more expensive, and the official website is silent about consumables. Cleaning quality. Ease of use. Availability of self-cleaning base. Service only in Moscow. The consumables kit includes only one spare garbage bag. |
