- Dunlop Graspic DS-3 is a conceptually new tyre with an excellent set of qualities for winter roads. It provides safe and comfortable driving on ice, snow and asphalt.
- The special rubber compound developed for the Dunlop Graspic DS-3 tyre, containing glass fibers, allows it to securely cling to the ice, wrapping around bumps and digging hard glass fibers into it, acting as micro-studs. It seems that the tyre "sticks" to this slippery surface.
- When designing the tread pattern, Japanese engineers used the technology of digital rolling simulation "Digital Rolling Simulation II". With its help, a network of sipes and a "three-zone tread profile" were created. This ensures optimal contact patch shape and pressure distribution, allowing the Dunlop Graspic DS-3 tyre to give the vehicle superior stability and handling. Wide longitudinal grooves of the tyre are quickly cleared of snow. She makes each new turn, being clean and ready to “cling” to snow and ice with renewed vigor.
