Model overview based on user reviews
The Gorenje GT boiler series offers compact and stylish water heaters with fast heating capabilities, making them ideal for kitchens or areas with limited space. Users appreciate the quick heating speed and elegant design, with some models heating water to 75 degrees in just over 20 minutes. However, there are concerns about the lack of a thermometer, which can lead to overheating risks, and some users have reported issues with leaking tanks and faulty valves. The warranty conditions require regular maintenance, which can be inconvenient and costly. Despite these issues, many users find the boilers reliable for short-term use, though some have experienced significant defects. Overall, the Gorenje GT series is praised for its efficiency and design but criticized for its durability and maintenance requirements.

good model, like it

high power and small volume and who the husband is not bad, I mean small, dimensions. Can be easily stuck into the bathroom, for example, where space is limited. I would say it would be suitable for a kitchen or a bathtub for a shower, where not constant use of hot water is required. For example, in areas with intermittent hot water.
thermostat, fast, heating. Small in size, but that's just on the outside; inside it's a real "beast."
relatively small volume. If used continuously, there may not be enough water.

a model with serious flaws
25 February 2014
I have experience using two Gorenje water heaters. One is 60 liters, the other is 100 liters. The tank of the first one started leaking within the first year of use, and it was replaced under warranty at the store, after hassles with the service centers. The tank of the second one leaked exactly after two years. There is supposedly a warranty, but it's tricky - to keep it valid, it turns out you need to take the tank off the wall every 18 months and take it to a service center for maintenance. Transport and maintenance are at the owner's expense, averaging 380 UAH. If you haven't done this, there's no warranty! Either deal with the hassle and pay, or buy a new one each time. People, don't buy water heaters from this brand, it's just a money trap.
will work for some time after purchase, but how long depends on your luck

The Slovenian company Gorenje has been producing household appliances for many years and exporting them to different countries of the world. Products are famous for their laconic design, high-quality approach to the manufacture of parts, impeccable functionality. This is confirmed by the GT 15 U water heater.

Modern style

The boiler is made in white and has a rectangular shape. Outwardly, it looks a little too big, as for a 15 liter container (dimensions 50x35x31cm). Mechanical control is implemented by a regulator on the front panel without any digital scale, that is, we set the temperature “by eye”. But there is a diode for indicating the operation of the heating element. It should only burn when the tank is heating up, but in fact, according to some consumers, it often goes out in the process. The tank is equipped with an anti-corrosion magnesium anode and covered with high-quality enamel. For long life of the heater, the manufacturer recommends servicing it every two years.

The technical side of the model

The tank is equipped with a submersible heating element consuming 2000 watts. Therefore, up to 75º C, water heats up in 33 minutes. There is an overheating protection function — the device will automatically turn off at a critical temperature. The frost protection function will also please. When turned on, the tank will maintain a temperature of 9º C.

Despite all the "goodies", the heater clearly lacks a thermometer scale to adjust the temperature and a longer power cord. 0.5 m is a clear flaw, despite the fact that the manufacturer himself in the instructions recommends using a long cord.

But, in general, Gorenje GT 15 is a practical functional equipment designed to serve without problems for more than 5 years. The brand keeps the brand, and it pleases. Not happy only with its cost.
