Model overview based on user reviews
The Kolo Comfort bathtub receives mixed reviews from users. Some appreciate its affordable price, comfortable design, and ability to retain heat better than traditional cast iron tubs. The acrylic material is noted for being lightweight and easy to clean, though it is also described as delicate and prone to scratches. Several users have experienced issues with the product's durability, such as enamel delamination and acrylic peeling, often attributed to manufacturing or transportation defects. There are also concerns about the stability of the bathtub when filled with water. Despite these issues, some users have had positive long-term experiences, emphasizing the importance of proper installation to avoid creaking and instability. Overall, while the Kolo Comfort offers a practical and economical option, potential buyers should be aware of the possible need for careful handling and installation.

If you want to throw money away, then buy this bathroom. When removing the protective film, a piece of acrylic fell off, and it is also enlightened like a sieve, I called the 27ua store, they said to call the service. I called the service, dropped the photo and waited a week, the answer came-marriage during transportation, we are not responsible. the master never arrived, the conclusion is made according to your photographs No Glow like a sieve and there is no glass fiber layer. use Kolo Comfort 170x75 less than month |
Hello everyone. I want to leave my review about the manufacturer KOLO and share my bitter experience. After the bathtub was installed, on the third day, the enamel on the bathtub began to delaminate. Moreover, we didn't even have time to use the bathtub. We immediately contacted Epicenter, where we bought it. They guided us on who to call and what to do in this situation. We did everything. Sent photos, waited for the technician. And then the most interesting part began. Their promised 7-year warranty is all nonsense. We were refused a replacement or repair, under the pretext that it might be a hidden defect in production or transportation errors of the bathtub itself. So, when purchasing this manufacturer's products, be prepared for such events. Didn’t have time to notice Indignant about the promises of guarantees from the manufacturer, which they try not to fulfill under any pretext. use Kolo Comfort month or more i recommend it don't buy |
Really like the bathtub, it isn't cold unlike old cast iron tubs that suck all the heat out of the water. Simple to maintain. the price is for parents, a sturdy and high-quality model, the acrylic is indestructible, although it needs to be handled carefully, otherwise, if you scrub it with something, the coating will quickly wear off, a very convenient shape, with handles designed for taking baths and holding on. the bathtub creaks a bit when you get in with water; I'm afraid the small legs won't last long. |
