Detailed FAQ on storage water heatersWe answer the most common questions regarding the installation and operation of storage water heaters
Model overview based on user reviews
The NOVAtec STANDARD water heater is appreciated for its affordable price and basic functionality, making it a popular choice among budget-conscious consumers. However, several users have reported issues with poor assembly quality, such as leaking tanks and loose components, which have led to dissatisfaction. Some users experienced premature leaks despite regular maintenance, and the service center's slow response has added to the frustration. While the product performs adequately for some, others have faced significant challenges with its durability and customer service, leading to mixed reviews. Overall, the NOVAtec STANDARD is a budget-friendly option, but potential buyers should be aware of the possible need for frequent maintenance and the risk of early failure.

Simple 80-liter tank with a 1500W wet heating element. I've been using it for over 4 years, and every 6 months I open it to clean the "coat" of scale from our tasty and nutritious water. I've already replaced the magnesium anode twice. I set the thermostat to the "III" position and additionally installed a timer so that the boiler heats only at night, which, combined with a dual-zone electricity meter, provides real cost savings. Based on my experience with this boiler, its "younger brother" with a 30-liter capacity was purchased for the kitchen under the sink. Affordable, easy to maintain. The low power of the heating element does not melt old aluminum apartment wiring. unnoticed |
During the service life there was not a single failure. It works all the time. Simplest assembly. Large selection of spare parts The enamel on the inlet and outlet was peeling off and had to be cleaned and restored. Ten is weak. 100 liters of water from +15 heats up to +80 in 3:30 hours |
I ordered NOVAtek STANDART 50. They sent it by New mail, after 14 days. After installation, water immediately ran out from under the flange. The gasket was installed skewed.. Uncontrolled assembly!, nothing poor assembly use NOVAtec NT-S 50 less than month |
