I do not recommend it. Less than a month after purchase, the vacuum cleaner constantly started giving messages to clean the roller brush, even though it was completely clean. It was completely disassembled, cleaned, and even the smallest hairs and dust were removed. Nothing changed - after starting, the error appeared again and again, and the vacuum cleaner did not work. No A warranty repair was carried out, which lasted longer than the vacuum cleaner worked after it. After the repair, it lasted only about two weeks (2-3 uses), after which the same malfunction reappeared. When contacting Samsung support again, they offered no solution to the problem—only a suggestion to contact the service center again. This stance by the manufacturer is very disappointing, as reviews from other buyers indicate that the same problem occurs for many owners of this model. It seems this is not an isolated case, and the company is aware of this defect, but the responsibility for its consequences is essentially transferred to the customers, who, instead of using new equipment, are forced to spend time and effort on repeated visits to the service center and wait for yet another repair. Buying a robot vacuum cleaner, you expect to save time on cleaning, but instead, you get constant breakdowns, repairs, service center visits, and wasted time.
