Sencor calls its brainchild a thermal umbrella for home and outdoors. Only if they hide from the rain under an ordinary umbrella, then in this case they heat up near the device.

Security

The heater with a height of about 1 m is designed exclusively for installation on the floor. The wide round base makes it stable, and the mechanical indicator built into the fulcrum automatically turns off the operation of the device in case of a possible rollover. Safety in the operation of the infrared heater is also added by the water protection of the case according to the IP24 standard, thanks to which Sencor SHH1090BK is not afraid of splashing water.

Cylinder form factor

A powerful heater (1000 W) with carbon fibers dissipates heat in all directions from itself (within 360 °), which is facilitated by the characteristic cylindrical shape of the device. The upper part of the body ends with a built-in handle for carrying the heater, which increases the convenience of its transportation. From a practical point of view, this is an important advantage that allows you to move the device to the desired location without unnecessary gestures.

Rays of heat

The power cord of the model has a length of about 1.8 m — quite a sufficient indicator for indoor use and not very outstanding value for outdoor operation of the heater. But with the presence of an extension cord, the problem is reduced to nothing and it becomes pleasant to bask under the rays of heat from the carbon heating element, especially when there is no bright sun in the sky.
