The development of the all-season tyre TIGAR All Season was carried out by Michelin specialists — it is under her jurisdiction that the Serbian “tiger” brand is located. A similar rubber model can be found on store shelves under the names of related brands Kormoran, Orium, Riken, Strial and Taurus.

The highlight of the model in appearance is the “fish skeleton” tread pattern — the placement of beveled blocks in the medial segment of the treadmill is very similar to the structure of fish bones. A tread of this kind demonstrates good traction on winter roads, effectively removes water, mud and melted snow. The shoulder zones of the tyre with their grooves for hydroevacuation are isolated from the central part of the tread by two wide drainage channels.

Lamelization

TIGAR All Season tread blocks have longitudinal and transverse lamellas carved. They were introduced in order to improve traction properties and reduce the braking distance when moving on a slippery roadway. Of course, there are not as many lamellas here as on purely winter tyres, but they perform well in work.

All-weather qualities

The tyre does not suffer from the damage that can be caused by temperature fluctuations, and in general it adapts perfectly to various weather conditions outside the "iron horse". The only "but" is the low rank of its fuel efficiency (D in the dimension 195/65 R15). However, consumption, coupled with the model, will increase by the smallest amount — it depends more on driving style and maintaining the necessary tyre pressure in good shape than on dry “passport” characteristics.
