A self-propelled vacuum cleaner from the charged sections of society of robotic cleaners. One of the leading roles in the design of the model is assigned to a laser range finder for accurate navigation around the perimeter of serviced premises. The data collected from it and a galaxy of other sensors are processed by SLAM algorithms, on the basis of which the device generates an accurate map of the home.
The mapping system provides the ability to create up to three maps. Xiaomi Viomi V3 is equipped with three interchangeable containers with a volume of 550 mL each — a separate water tank (used for wet cleaning), a combined container for dry and wet cleaning, as well as a traditional dust collector. It is most convenient to operate the robot vacuum cleaner settings from the Mi Home mobile application.
It is possible to set one of four levels of suction power, water flow rate, delineate spot cleaning areas in a single room, etc. Voice commands are given to the model through Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Yandex Alice. In terms of battery life, the vacuum cleaner “lives” on a single charge of a 4900 mAh battery for about 3 hours. Exactly the same amount of time lasts for the procedure of complete "refueling" of the battery tanks on the charging base.
