The 2024 debutant from the Adler brand is a dental center that combines the functions of an electric toothbrush and an irrigator. The model supports two options for use: portable and stationary. For the stationary scenario, the Adler AD 2180 is equipped with a stand with USB charging, on which both the device itself and a 500 ml water tank are installed. The lid for the tank acts as a case for nozzles, which will also be useful when traveling. In addition, for travel, the kit includes a flexible hose with a lock, allowing you to use the irrigator with a glass or any other handy container for water.

Brush and irrigator, separately and together

For oral care, a universal nozzle is provided, which combines bristles and a hole for water supply. The kit includes two such nozzles at once, which allows the dental center to be used by couples.

The sonic teeth cleaning mode offers a choice of three intensity levels with a pulsation frequency of 1.2 to 1.7 thousand/min. The irrigator's operation is also adjustable by pressure: 5 options are available with a range of indicators from 275 to 690 kPa. The minimum values are suitable for adaptation or owners of sensitive gums, while the maximum ones provide an intensive effect.

Cleaning and pulse water supply can work both separately and simultaneously. This also affects the battery life. When used only as a brush, the battery lasts up to 195 minutes, only as an irrigator - up to 55 minutes, and in combined mode - about 35 minutes.
