I bought it a year ago. Almost exactly a year later, something broke. It didn't charge. Well, alright, it happens. I contacted the service using the numbers on the charger. No one was happy to hear from me. Once they found out I wasn't asking about a warranty, they said, "Okay, send it in, we'll take a look." Since it was winter, I couldn't wait a week, so I started using it every morning with a jump starter. I saved on the battery (foolish of me). I found a local repairman. They fixed it that day. Great. Off we go. Another 3 months have passed. It's not working again. My Ada isn't functioning. Okay. I call the manufacturers, asking them to repair their device. It's not under warranty, just repair. Okay. Because you fiddled with it, it will cost 30-40% of the new price. The fact that it's my device after purchase and that I can mess with it as much as I want doesn't interest them. Because it was tampered with. For you, the cost will be 30-40% of the price of a new one. Why? Just because. They decided so. And even if a wire came loose, it would still cost me 400 UAH to repair. Because a new one costs 1080 UAH. Nonsense. Such a lack of respect for their customer... for the fools who bought this junk. Words fail me. I am very disappointed with how they treat their product. Even without looking at it, they inform me over the phone that fixing this miracle will cost me 400 UAH because that's what they've decided... Horrible. I do not recommend. It worked Flimsy. Three different models have been working for more than a year. The attitude towards the customer is not very good. Once I called to ask about the modes and the author answered that everything is written in the instructions. If there were no questions after the instructions, I wouldn't have called.
