The main technical feature is the generation of output voltage in the form of a pure sine wave with minimal distortion (up to 3%), making it an ideal option for inductive loads, such as the electric motors of circulation pumps in gas boilers or compressors of low-power refrigeration equipment.

Despite the modest size of its flat body, the ALTEK ASK12-500 uninterruptible power supply is rated for a nominal load of up to 400 W and operates over a wide input voltage range of 145–275 V, effectively suppressing power line disturbances. The design does not include built-in power elements: the device connects to an external 12 V battery, allowing users to independently extend the battery life by choosing a battery with the desired capacity.

The built-in charger with an 8 A current provides timely restoration of the battery resource. For convenient technical maintenance, a manual bypass switch is provided, allowing equipment to be powered directly from the mains, bypassing the inverter circuit, without physically disconnecting wires.
