At peak loads, its power reaches 2000 W, as a result of which the device grinds up to 2.7 kg of meat, vegetables, fruits, mushrooms and other ingredients for dishes in just one minute. This is also helped by a sharp knife with stainless steel blades and a fairly wide loading opening with a plastic tray and a pusher.

The manufacturer also took care of the safety of the powerful motor: the overload protection system prevents breakdowns and prolongs its service life. Amica MM4011 works only at one speed, but it has a reverse function. This is a movement in the opposite direction, which helps out in cases where the auger is clogged with products and cannot fully work. The reverse allows you to safely clean it without having to disassemble the entire device.

Of course, the equipment that makes the meat grinder multifunctional and allows it to replace a kitchen machine in the kitchen deserves special attention.
