There are pros and cons.

For work - the ideal device.
I use the flash drive for work, as I carry it everywhere, it withstands heavy loads - almost unnoticeable externally. It's convenient to wear on a lanyard, light and pleasant to the touch.
Not completely satisfied with the speed, I use several flash drives, this one is the slowest. No other complaints.

Great flash drive, performs all functions.
Bought an 8GB one for work and haven't regretted it so far. Convenient, works well. I even dropped it in water once and it was fine, dried it off and it works again.
There were a couple of times when you insert the flash drive into the laptop, it doesn't read immediately. But this happened maybe three or four times no more, and if you remove it and insert it again, it works fine.
