Useful volume

Behind the door of the electric oven, which is more visually similar to a microwave oven, there is a working space with a total volume of 25 liters. It fits a couple of small dishes one above the other or a medium-sized whole chicken, which can be cooked in the "Grill" mode. For this purpose, a suitable grid is included in the scope of delivery of the kitchen appliance. The package also includes a tray, a baking tray and a spatula.

Mechanical control

The Ariete 974 is controlled by three mechanical rotary switches. The upper one is responsible for the air temperature inside the oven, the maximum value of which can reach 250 °C. The middle one allows you to select the operating programme: convection, top, bottom or top + bottom heating. Finally, the third switch performs the function of a timer (from 5 to 60 minutes). When the pre-set cooking time has elapsed, an audible alert will sound. At the same time, some owners of the stove pay attention to the too loud ticking of the timer in the process of counting down the remaining time.

Convection

The convection function of the device, the meaning of which is to increase the circulation of hot air inside the oven, makes it possible to forget about uneven baking of food.
