Poorly, no, the thermostat works horribly and disgustingly. It was repaired four times, different masters came, but it is still impossible to bake dough in it. At the exit, it was either not baked or the far edge was specifically burned. It was suitable only for drying crackers. And so my husband decided to surprise me and for this he bought such a separate oven. I didn't take her seriously at first. Its volume is small, almost two times less than that of a gas oven. But in fact, it turned out that almost everything can be cooked in it. At least everything that fits in it)))) The volume is small, yes, but how much is needed to bake cookies or apple pie, bake apples or vegetables for vinaigrette? 30 liters is enough for a lot if used wisely. There are as many as six modes of operation with and without convection, the most-most among them is top + bottom + fan. As for the temperature, it can be adjusted from 90 to 230 degrees, it is maintained by a thermostat and is maintained well. If there are jumps, then they are small, otherwise it would be visible from the growth of the yeast dough. The upper temperature limit is low. The proportion of quick baking in foil could have been set at 250 degrees, but 230 and not a degree more. The timer is also short, only an hour, and large pieces of meat or meatloaf require at least an hour and a half. Homemade boiled pork should languish for about three hours. |
