If you're ready to play a game with the service center, then it's an awesome boiler. Once everything is double-checked, it will work without complaints! Service. The team is polite and knowledgeable. They repaired many times over 10 days without any negative moments in communication. Bought my first ARTI boiler in 2018 and had no issues with it until January 2022 - till it needed a repair because the 80-liter boiler was just too big to use anymore. Had to go for a smaller one. Didn't even have to think about what brand to get - only ARTI. Ten days after purchase, it was installed, and the first surprise - the boiler didn't heat. At all. Of course, we waited a day, then contacted the service. After 2 days, a technician replaced some part and the boiler started working. Out of the 50 liters of stated capacity, it heated 14 liters, then the water became lukewarm. Called the technician again. A few days later, they replaced another part, and the boiler heated exactly one tank before it wouldn't turn on again. And just 2 days ago, the technician came again, changed something, and now everything works perfectly. There’s not a single space left untouched in the warranty booklet. super handy water heater! fit perfectly over your head in the bathroom, does not interfere with anyone. it is not clear how the thermostat works - the water may have already cooled down, but it still does not turn on. until you start using water, it will not start heating. very compact, keeps heat well, quickly heats water, switchable heating elements incomprehensible operation of the thermostat use ARTI WHH Slim Dry 50L/2 less than month |
Just the case when the boiler combines design (a fairly compact size for a small bathroom, it can be mounted under the ceiling) and good quality (compared several European manufacturers by the thickness of the steel, insulation, warranty).
