It is positioned as a product of the middle price category, designed for use in popular Atoll A-550 family complex water treatment systems or other installations designed for 10 "x2.5" filter elements. The Atoll 202 cartridge set includes three filters: Pentek P5, Pentek GAC-10 and Pentek P1. The first Pentek P5 cartridge, made of foamed polypropylene, purifies water from mechanical impurities (grains of sand, rust, silt and other suspended particles). This provides filtration of both large and small particles with a size of up to 5 microns. The working volume of the second Pentek GAC-10 cartridge is filled with granular activated...carbon. This filter is designed to absorb active chlorine compounds, heavy metal ions, organic and organochlorine impurities. The cartridge is equipped with a built-in 20-micron post-filter that traps carbon microparticles washed out by the water flow. The third Pentek P-1 cartridge is similar in design to the first one. It performs final cleaning and retains particles with a diameter of up to 1 µm. The total resource of such a filter system can reach 8000 liters. |
