Quality control at all stages of production is one of the most important missions of the Atoll brand, thanks to which the portfolio of the company producing filtration systems contains entirely high-quality products.
the main role
All processes in the A-560Ep model are run by a Filmtec 1812-50 (USA) reverse osmosis membrane, which removes the vast majority of contaminants and bacteria found in tap water. Moreover, all the bad is washed off into the drain, which increases the "life" of the membrane up to 2-3 years. Due to the slow "running" of the liquid through the pores of the membrane, the system is equipped with a 10-liter storage vessel for short-term storage of purified drinking water.
Stages before and after
A trinity of preliminary cartridges is installed in front of the main filter element: mechanical coarse cleaning, coal and another mechanical one, which catches small particles from 1 µm. Finally, in the fifth carbon-filled cassette, water gets rid of odours and improves its organoleptic properties.
Booster pump
The story about the water treatment system would be incomplete without mentioning the booster pump included in the filter for its normal operation at low inlet pressure (less than 2.8 atm). The pump also serves to improve filtration performance. To enhance the pleasant impression of the model, the assembly is designed to the highest level, which gives the owners of the filter peace of mind, but pulls a lot of hard-earned money out of pocket at the stage of acquiring this water treatment system.
