High Performance Membrane

The Ballu UHB-803 membrane humidifier is a low-cost solution for increasing the humidity level in a room up to 40 m². The device has a cylindrical shape and, with dimensions of 356x176 mm, looks quite high due to the arc handle designed to remove the water tank. Therefore, for better stability, it was equipped with rubber legs. To fill the inner container, turn over and unscrew the filler cap. The neck is quite narrow and it is better to use a jug with a spout or a kettle to fill the water. The filling level can be monitored in the side window of the machine. The presence of a coarse air pre-filter (Pre-filter) retains large particles of dirt, preventing clogging of the ultrasonic membrane. With a claimed spraying capacity of 400 mL/h, the capacity of the tank is enough for continuous operation for 7.5 hours, which is enough to humidify the room at night.

Built-in hygrometer with colour indication

All control is carried out using a single button, successive presses of which allow you to turn on the device, select the humidification performance (low, medium, high), set the quiet “Night” mode or activate the “Auto” mode, during which the intensity of the steam supply is automatically adjusted according to measured indoor humidity. Each mode of operation is highlighted by the corresponding lamp of the indicator row located above the control button. The built-in hygrometer displays the humidity levels with a coloured indicator around the button: orange — low, green — optimal, blue — high. The red colour of the ring indicator signals a low water level, and when the tank becomes completely dry, the device will automatically turn off. At the bottom of the base there is a drawer with 2 cells for a water purification filter and an aroma capsule. The device is manufactured in China at the factory of Bear Electric Appliance Co, Ltd. and, with a service life of 5 years set by the manufacturer, has a 1 year warranty service.
