after 1 year, the 3rd servo broke (the latch snapped off), I fixed it with super glue, and another year later, the servo gear teeth were stripped. The circulation pump seems to be not working well because the boiler often fires up and shuts down (burns for 30 seconds, then off for 2 minutes, and repeats this cycle). The hot water heating is unstable; it can scald you, be barely warm, or even worse, an error shows indicating low gas pressure and it doesn't heat at all. I didn't buy it; the developer of the multi-story building installed them. nothing it's obvious that the engineers weren't thinking things through properly.
