Double-circuit wall-mounted gas boiler of the third generation with a turbocharged closed combustion chamber and a remote control unit. It features high performance, relatively compact dimensions, low noise level and high efficiency (93.1% on average per season). It is positioned as a product of the upper part of the middle price category, designed for heating and hot water supply of a detached house, cottage, spacious city apartment, commercial, office or utility room up to 232 m2.

Thanks to the forced flue gas exhaust system, it can be installed directly in residential areas. The BAXI LUNA-3 Comfort 310 Fi boiler is equipped with two separate heat exchangers, and the heating circuit heat exchanger is made of copper, and high-alloy chromium-nickel stainless steel is used as the material of the secondary plate heat exchanger of the DHW circuit. The design received a brass hydraulic group (including a 3-way valve with an electromagnetic servomotor) and an energy-efficient circulation pump with a built-in automatic air vent and a post-circulation function. Operation is provided in two ranges of coolant temperatures, i.e. the boiler is completely ready for operation with heating systems such as "warm floor". The remote control panel can be used as a convenient room thermostat-programmer.
