Model overview based on user reviews
The Bebetto Magelan pushchair is highly praised for its lightweight and maneuverable design, making it easy to navigate even in narrow spaces like elevators. Users appreciate its smooth ride and excellent shock absorption, thanks to the spring suspension and swivel wheels. The pushchair features a spacious seat and sleeping area, with an adjustable backrest that reclines almost to 180 degrees, allowing children to sleep comfortably. The hood extends to the bumper, providing protection from the sun and wind, although some users find it shallow and have made modifications for better coverage in adverse weather. The pushchair is durable, withstanding various weather conditions without wear or fading, and includes a roomy shopping basket. While the brake may require multiple attempts to engage, and the front bar is not easily removable, these are minor inconveniences compared to the overall functionality. The Bebetto Magelan is recommended for its durability, ease of use, and affordability, making it a reliable choice for parents.

i am pleased with the Bebetto Magelan stroller. It's not heavy, not noisy, and easy to maneuver. My child is 1.5 years old, and there's plenty of space. no deficiencies were identified. |
I deliberated for a long time over which stroller to choose, I wanted the Filippo model, but it was being upgraded at the time, so I ordered the Magelan, and I don't regret it for a single day. We've been using it for 1 year and 8 months now — in heat, rain, and frost. The fabric may seem a bit coarse at first glance but it's durable, waterproof, and hasn't torn anywhere during use, and the color has remained the same. The hood extends to the bumper, protecting from both sun and wind; it is removable. The backrest, handle, bumper, and footrest are adjustable. The backrest reclines almost to 180 degrees, which is great for the child who can sleep comfortably in the stroller. The seat is firm, the child sits straight, without sinking. The sleeping area is spacious, in winter you can cover the child with a blanket and easily put on the footmuff on top. The wheels are not inflatable but due to the suspension, the stroller rides smoothly, doesn't shake, and is easy to maneuver with one hand. The front wheels are swivel (can be fixed), which is very convenient. The safety belts are 5-point, but we have never used them. The shopping basket is roomy; for example, you can place two 6-liter bottles of water and still fit something on top. light, maneuverable, the hood folds out almost to the bumper, the backrest can be folded into a lying position - The cover is secured with two buttons, and when the child kicks, it lifts up, but this wasn't a problem for me. I sewed Velcro on the sides of the cover and the rain cover, and everything stays perfectly in place. - When the hood is completely lowered, 1/3 of it becomes mesh, which is inconvenient in rain and snow, but we solved this too. I took an old broken umbrella apart and used the fabric to sew an additional flap with Velcro onto the hood. - The brake doesn't always engage on the first try. use Bebetto Magelan month or more |
i have an Isakko Z4 pushchair, but it’s a copy of Magellan, only even lighter (7.5 kg assembled). Been using it since 5 months. the child slept in it day and night for up to a year. no complaints about the pushchair! I'll get the same one for my second child dimensions: light and narrow: fits perfectly into the narrowest elevator. walks through the degrees. huge seat and spacious sleeping area. big basket with good approach. wonderful turning handle: if you turn forward as much as possible, you can walk side by side, guide the stroller with one hand, and the baby will see you. swivel wheels. durable: in 2 years nothing broke, frayed or faded. The bar in front of the child rises and falls and can be adjusted according to the child's height (I really liked this). Excellent shock absorption and smooth ride. cheap the bar in front of the child does not recline, but is removed upwards, and until the age of 1.3 years the child had to be lifted to sit him down (it is not easy to remove), later he learned to crawl under the bar and sit down himself |
