This cleanser works on the principle of a vacuum and really does a great job cleaning all the pores, but you need to steam your facial skin beforehand. The set includes three nozzles for different areas of the face, filters, and sealing rings - everything is well thought out. It operates on a rechargeable battery, and one charge lasts for several sessions. If you follow the instructions carefully and replace the filters in time, the results are very pleasing - the skin is clean and without redness (sometimes there might be redness right after use, but it quickly subsides). However, I learned the hard way not to let it stay in one place for more than a second, especially on sensitive skin areas like the neck. I have sensitive skin to begin with, and I ended up with bruises that almost looked like small hickeys.
