A two-channel premium car recorder that records video in Full HD frame resolution. Moreover, both the front camera with a Sony STARVIS matrix and an additional module placed on the rear window of the car (from the passenger compartment) have this shooting format. The viewing angle of the optics of both cameras is about 140°. The device supports the standard H.264 video compression codec, which provides good picture clarity with a small file size.
It is planned to record and store footage on a microSD card with a capacity of up to 256 GB. They can be accessed through a mobile application for a smartphone via a Wi-Fi network. Also, proprietary software is used to remotely configure the car recorder - the design of the BlackVue DR590X-2CH does not provide its own screen for visualizing shooting parameters. At the same time, the model shoots in parking mode, keeping the owner aware of what is happening around the car. To correctly shut down the recorder at the end of the trip, a durable and easy-to-use supercapacitor is used (as a power source).
