An advanced and multifunctional model, presented on the market as part of the Serie 8 premium line of the popular German brand. The Bosch HBG 6730S1 oven can cook in a wide temperature range — up to 300 °C, unattainable for many low-cost models. At the same time, energy consumption will be within the A + class at a power of 3.65 kW, since the company very carefully monitors the economic performance of its products . The volume of the chamber is 71 L. To clean the surface, a pyrolytic cleaning scheme was used — this is a special mode, when turned on, all organic deposits on the walls simply burn out — all that remains is to remove a handful of ash from the pan. The scheme is good in that when contaminants are removed, disinfection occurs simultaneously without the use of chemistry. 4 glasse...s are installed in the door window — for greater safety. Safety shutdown, child lock of controls, timer are also provided. In total, the cook can choose from 10 heating options, including defrosting mode, grill, convection. The display and switches are touch-sensitive, with rotary elements.

Model overview based on user reviews
The Bosch HBG 6730S1 oven is a German-made electric model known for its sleek design and intuitive controls. It offers a generous capacity of 71 liters and a wide cooking temperature range from 30 to 300 °C, making it versatile for various cooking needs. The oven features 10 cooking modes, a thermostat, timer, auto switch-off, and child lock for added convenience and safety. It is equipped with four door glasses and a door closer, enhancing its energy efficiency with an A+ rating. However, a significant concern has been raised regarding the telescopic guides, which are advertised as suitable for pyrolytic cleaning. A user reported that after the first pyrolysis, the guides became oxidized, squeaky, and difficult to move, contradicting the manufacturer's claims. This issue has led to disappointment, as the guides initially operated smoothly and silently. Despite this flaw, the oven's overall performance and features are commendable.

a model with serious flaws

Guys, an oven for 30 grand, Germany, Bosch. The manual says that telescopic guides are suitable for pyrolytic cleaning. In reality, after the FIRST pyrolysis, they are completely ruined. They oxidized, squeak, and move with great difficulty and a wild noise. Before pyrolysis, they felt like running on oil, smooth and silent. And now it feels like I have some kind of Chinese oven for a couple of thousand. This is not normal. I don't understand where the manufacturer is looking and why they claim they can be cleaned with pyrolysis!?
