The model is based on a stationary mixer with a Multi-motion-drive planetary mixing system, thanks to which the nozzles thoroughly mix the contents, collecting mass from the walls and bottom of the bowl.

The bowl itself is made of durable stainless steel and has a volume of 3.8 liters. Simply put, you can knead 2.4 kg of light dough or 1.7 kg of yeast dough at a time. The bowl has a transparent plastic lid that prevents splashing and allows you to add ingredients through the filling hole without interrupting the mixing process. The package includes a set of three attachments: two beaters and a dough hook.

In addition to the planetary mixer, Bosch MUMS 2EW11 is equipped with a blender with a plastic bowl with a capacity of 1.25 liters. It can quickly prepare smoothies, various cocktails, baby food and puree soup. If desired, it is possible to complete the model with other nozzles, but they are already sold separately. The power of the combine is low - 700 W, but this is quite enough to perform culinary tasks of any complexity, whether it be airy mousse or tight dough.
