check when buying or require a normal warranty card. quiet and powerful, beats well. one mixer arrived from Allo (Kyiv) and had a defect in the electrical part (manufactured in Slovenia), it was returned. the next one arrived from Neo24 also Slovenia - everything is fine with this one. so even Bosch can have mishaps. use Bosch Styline MFQ4030 week |

I would like to leave a review about the online store 5Ok, which was supposed to make me the happy owner of a Bosch MFQ 4030 mixer. I ordered the mixer from this "wonderful" store on 11/07/2014, everything was as usual — a call from the manager, the product was confirmed, delivery within 3-4 days. Waiting..... On the fifth day, there's silence from the 5Ok store, so I call them: the manager's words were "the product only arrived at the warehouse today, expect delivery tomorrow or the day after at the latest", another three days pass... silence. I called this morning and the manager's response was: our supplier let us down, the product is not available, we’ll deliver it as soon as it comes in. Now, I'm curious to see how many weeks it will take for 5Ok to bother delivering the product, or at least call themselves, apologize, and throw up their hands in shame and surrender...
