The Bosch TR4000T 80 EBP storage water heater has a proven design with a traditional immersed tubular electric heater. Its power of 2000 W is enough to heat an 80-liter volume of the device to 50 °C in just 2 hours 20 minutes. The outer casing of the device has increased resistance to water splashes and humid air (IPX4 protection level). The durable internal tank is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel 2 mm thick and tested under a pressure of 16 bar, which is twice the maximum regulatory pressure in domestic water supply networks.

The digital control system supports an intelligent operating mode, in which the boiler first studies the hot water consumption schedule for 7 days, and then optimizes the operation of the heating element over time to reduce heat losses and reduce electricity consumption. The mounting points are compatible with previous Bosch Tronic models and can be installed instead of them without any problems.
