The stationary blender belongs to the flagship models of the Bosch VitaMaxx series, so it is not surprising that it is not cheap. But its cost is justified by its versatility and advanced features. The main feature of the model is the built-in vacuum pump, which works both with the main bowl and with a special 750 ml container included in the delivery. This technology has several undeniable advantages. First, shakes and smoothies made using a vacuum have a creamier, smoother texture with fewer air bubbles, retain vitamins and nutrients longer, and are richer in color and flavor. Secondly, not only drinks, but also any food can be stored in a vacuum container - this way they will stay fresh 2 times longer. The pump itself is very compact, does not make the device more overall and does not require special maintenance.

High power and easy settings

Bosch has also worked hard on the performance of the blender. A 1000W motor spins up to 37,000rpm, and a stainless steel knife with six sharp blades grinds and mixes virtually any ingredient in seconds: soft, hard and even frozen fruits and vegetables, nuts and ice cubes. The only exceptions are hot liquids with temperatures above 60 degrees.

As befits modern household appliances, the model has an advanced, but simple and understandable control with manual speed settings, pulse mode and four automatic programs for certain processes. These are the programs Auto (automatic mixing using a vacuum pump), Vacuum (creating a vacuum in the container), Ice (crushing ice) and the Clean self-cleaning program.

Convenient and safe use

The blender is equipped with a durable aluminium body, a 1.5-liter bowl made of tritan (unbreakable, odor and taste resistant plastic) and a removable blade. The jug, lid and other removable parts can be washed in the dishwasher, but with a self-cleaning function, this is unlikely to be necessary. To clean your device, all you need to do is pour water into the bowl, add a couple of drops of detergent and run the Clean program - without any extra effort and dirty hands. And for safe use and extending the life of the equipment, an overload protection system, moisture sensors in the vacuum lock and a switch-on blocking in case the bowl and valve are not installed properly are provided.
