A further motivation was the winter season and the lack of possibility to dry clothes on a line. Unfortunately, at home, laundry dries quite slowly and unnecessarily takes up space. The dryer was placed in a tower on the washing machine, so it didn't take up any more space in the bathroom.
We tested all the programs and we are satisfied. Towels and clothes come out soft and pleasant to the touch. The steam refresh program also does its job. It was surprising to find such a low power (600 W) on the nameplate, but evidently that's enough with a heat pump. After drying some items, a lot of "lint" is left, but cleaning the filter isn't the slightest problem.
The main advantage, however, is that some items don’t require ironing, so the piles of accumulated laundry are gone.
