Quality build

In the arsenal of the model there are two steam baskets with a volume of 3.1 liters each. A 2-liter rice bowl is attached to the load(a special container without perforation of the bottom). The trays are made of high-strength plastic with transparent walls for greater visibility of the steaming process. Both tiers of the steamer have their own drip trays.

Mechanical control

The device is controlled by rotating the mechanical timer wheel at the stage of selecting the duration of the cooking procedure. The emphasis in this case is on simplicity and conciseness. From the “cold start” state, the steamer reaches its operating parameters in just 45 seconds. That is how long it will take the heating element with a power of 850 W in order to “cook” the first “portion” of steam.

Top class

Due to the lack of “bells and whistles”, the cost of the model may seem unreasonably high. However, taking into account the modern design of the steamer, as well as the high quality of materials and workmanship, the high cost of the Braun FS 5100 fades into the background. Stronger arguments in favor of a double boiler are fast steaming, technology and a big brand name.
