January 2016

Compact and powerful hand-held immersion mixer in an elegant, impact-resistant plastic housing. It is positioned as a product of the middle price category in 2016, focused on domestic use. Designed for quick whipping / mixing of various products and quick preparation of small amounts of dough. Equipped with a reliable AC motor (500 W). Its power and impressive torque are enough to vigorously rotate complete tools in viscous media.

The Braun MultiMix 3 HM 3137 hand mixer comes with a PowerBell blender foot, chopper and two types of stainless steel attachments: a pair of flat-faced beaters and a pair of hooks. Whisks are used for whipping proteins, cream, mousses and omelette mixtures. They will also help to prepare batter for pancakes or waffles. Hooks will be useful when kneading dense dough (for cookies, dumplings, khinkali, manti, pasta, etc.) and mixing minced meat or fish.

The blender leg can be used to make smoothies, and the complete chopper will help solve the problems of crushing baby food. There are 5 speed settings for the nozzles and a turbo setting to fluff up or quickly break up lumps in the dough. The ergonomic shape of the handle, moderate weight, correct weight distribution and the ComfortClick attachment system make the work easy and accepted.

Model overview based on user reviews
The Braun MultiMix 3 HM 3137 is a versatile hand mixer that combines the functions of a mixer and a blender with a grinder. Users appreciate its flawless performance as a mixer, with briskly spinning whisks and dough hooks that operate with minimal vibration. The mixer features a smooth speed control and a turbo mode, which is particularly useful in blender mode. It effectively handles tasks like making cocktails and chopping nuts. However, some users find the placement of the beater removal button inconvenient, as it is located above the start-stop switch, necessitating unplugging for safety. Additionally, the blender attachment's speed in turbo mode is perceived as lower than specialized blenders, though it doesn't impact performance. Despite these minor concerns, the model is well-received for its functionality and is a great choice for those who enjoy making homemade treats.

Cons

I recommend buying in other stores.
21 November 2017
on November 19, I placed an order on the Eldorado website, and they called me right away to confirm the details. Everything was clarified, and they reserved the item in the store so I could come and pick it up. After the call, I received 2 SMS messages saying they would prepare the item in an hour. The store is in Dnipro, Apollo Mall on Titova. Today, November 20, I went to pick it up, and the store associate was initially unsure if the mixer was in stock. Then, several associates spent about 20 minutes looking for the mixer's box. With the same associate, I checked the mixer's functionality. At first, he turned it on while one dough hook and one beater were attached, causing them to collide and fly out at high speed. Also, the associate had no idea about the mixer's accessories, and I had to tell him twice to bring all the attachments for checking. They finally brought the box, which looked like it had been lying around in their warehouse for a year and occasionally kicked around. I generally don't care about how the box looks, but my impression of the store continues to worsen. I went to pay at the register, and the associate packed the mixer for me, handing over the box without a bag. I asked if I could have a bag, and they told me they have large bags that could fit two such boxes. So, I had to carry the box home in my hands. That's not all... When I got home, I realized they hadn't issued a warranty, and there wasn't one in the box either. There's no manual as well. In short, I don't know how the quest for a warranty will go.

good model, I liked it.
28 February 2017
I love to pamper my husband and children with all sorts of goodies, including homemade cakes and cakes. Therefore, I asked my husband to change our old broken-down mixer for a new one and, in addition, she transparently hinted that on March 8 it would be nice to get a blender. But my husband is cunning, he found a mixer with a blender attachment and a chopper attachment. To be honest, I didn’t even know that this happens, but there’s nothing to do - you don’t look a gift horse in the mouth.
Somehow I doubted that such a two-in-one device would be able to immediately perform the work of a mixer and a blender with a grinder. But Brown is a well-deserved company and they don’t release nonsense. As a mixer it is flawless. Whisks for liquid ingredients and dough hooks spin briskly and with almost no vibration, which completely killed our old mixer. I haven’t tried to make a thick dough yet, but this mixer really beats and mixes notably. I liked the speed control, which you can smoothly change it right during whipping. There is a turbo mode, which is especially useful when this machine is running in blender mode. They made cocktails, including fruit and alcohol, and my husband really liked it. I've only used the chopper twice so far: making pâté and chopping nuts. Both times worked flawlessly.
I don't really like the fact that the button for removing the beaters was made right above the start-stop rocker switch. Now, if I want, for example, to remove the whisks, then I have to unplug the plug from the socket, otherwise I'm afraid that I will touch the power button and the whisks will start spinning. It also seemed to me that even in turbo mode, the speed of the blades of the blender attachment is noticeably lower than that of a specialized blender. It does not seem to affect grinding in any way, but still there is a feeling of some kind of inferiority or something.
