The washing machine, representing Candy's Alise line, is one of the most popular models with a dryer. It is compact in size (case depth 44 cm, excluding protrusions of the hatch) and holds 6 kg of laundry for washing (5 kg for drying).
Wash and dry
Candy CSW4 365 D2 has 16 operating modes. The rotary switch on the control panel displays 12 washing programs (three quick for 14, 30 or 44 minutes), three for drying and one universal, which allows you to wash and dry a small amount of clothes in an hour. You can provide the necessary care for things from various fabrics: cotton, wool and synthetics. For any washing cycle, both spinning (maximum speed 1300 rpm) and drying are optionally set.
For the dryer, the user selects the “blowing” temperature (low for synthetics and wool, high for linen and cotton) and the degree of drying of the laundry (very dry, “iron” and “on a hanger”).
Additional options
The washing machine offers a delayed start up to 24 hours, the ability to change the temperature, indicate the degree of soiling of things, block from children. The Candy CSW4 365 D2 is controlled by buttons and an informative digital display with a clear indication.
The control panel is complemented by Smart Touch technology. If you have a smartphone with NFC and install the Candy simply-Fi application from your mobile, you can start washing, receive voice prompts, and control the statistics of the appliance. However the current versions of the software are not without errors: the mobile device may not “see” the washer, crashes and freezes are possible.
Silence and economy
The washing machine is quite quiet. The maximum noise level during washing does not exceed 57 dB, and during the spin cycle — 75 dB. For one cycle with drying, the model consumes about 110 liters of water, which is an acceptable indicator for this category of devices.
In terms of electricity consumption, the washing machine is quite wasteful (corresponds to class B). For washing and drying, it requires approximately 4.85 kW, which is a minus for average load capacities. But given the low price and relative compactness of the model, Candy CSW4 365 D2 can be called the best low-cost solution for a small family.
