Even if it cost 10k UAH. Would never buy

During a year of warranty service, it went for repairs 4 times. Just bought it, when counting a pack of 100 pcs., it put 101 pcs. in the pack. The service denied everything until a video was sent showing it miscounting by 1 pc. Every 3 months, there's either an IR error or a UV error when counting, and the service team said you're not cleaning it well. In one instance, I personally went to the service center to be shown how to clean it properly. They entered the service menu (which is password-protected), clicked around, and the error disappeared for a couple of months. A few months later, it went back to the service with the same issue.
P.S. A friend of mine has the same machine with the same problems.
She has no merit. Well, maybe only a beautiful color touch screen.
All. The machine itself is complete. The counter traveled more through Nova Poshta and Services than it worked.
