Multifunctional raclette grill capable of performing the functions of a barbecue grill. It has a two-tier structure, adapted for the preparation of the traditional Swiss dish raclette. The upper tier is a combination in which 50% of the area is occupied by a cast metal surface, and 50% by a natural stone platform. The metal plate has two working sides: smooth and corrugated. The corrugation performs several important functions: it allows you to slightly increase the contact area with the product, and the grooves help organize the free outflow of fat, which is released when frying pork or fatty poultry.
Also, the corrugated surface leaves characteristic longitudinal marks on the products, which improve not only the appearance, but also the taste of the finished dish.
