Concept SO-2000

The 2023 debutant is a horizontal electric dryer from the Concept brand, which represents advanced market solutions and is positioned as a professional device for drying food. The model's features include convenient controls and an extended scope of delivery. Thus, a digital screen and touch buttons are offered for interaction, which, among other things, allow you to set an automatic shutdown timer (up to 24 hours) and set the operating temperature (range from 35 to 70 degrees Celsius).

The Concept SO-2000 electric dryer received not only 6 main stainless steel trays, but also additional components - a pair of trays for preparing marshmallows and 6 solid plates for herbs (and other small products). In addition to traditional application scenarios (preparing dried fruits), the model is suitable for drying mushrooms, various vegetables, flowers and herbs, as well as, for example, pasta. A fan located on the rear wall of the working chamber is responsible for uniform distribution of heat from the 650-watt heating element. High operational safety is ensured by protection against overheating.
