Stylish and performant infrared fruit dryer with thermostat and functional electronic control system with digital LED display. Unlike convective dryers, this model uses an infrared heating principle (radiator power 500 W). It is distinguished by the possibility of simultaneous loading of a significant amount of products, moderate noise level and the use of high-quality construction materials (loading trays are made of high-alloy food grade stainless steel).

In addition to a wide range of vegetables and fruits, this model is able to quickly dry herbs/herbs, nuts, mushrooms, whole or chopped berries, cereals, fish and meat. It is positioned as a product of the upper price category, intended for domestic use. It is aimed at the most demanding users who want to have full control over the drying process to obtain the highest quality result.

The digital control system with thermostat allows you to set the process temperature from 35 to 70 °C (5 °C steps), and the integrated timer can automatically stop drying after a set period of time (up to a maximum of 99 hours). Steel trays can be washed in automatic dishwashers. There is a separate programme for making homemade yogurt. The elegant exterior design of the plastic case will organically fit into any modern kitchen interior.
