The front camera Cyclone MR-252 records what is happening on video in the maximum resolution of FullHD (1920x1080 pixels at 30 fps). The viewing angle of its optics is 140 °, thanks to which the flight recorder “sees” the passing lanes, a little oncoming traffic and the roadside. Out of the box, the device comes with a remote rear-view camera that can be used as a parking assistant. The image from both cameras of the DVR is easy to display on a 4.3-inch diagonal screen integrated under the reflective surface. The device has a built-in shock sensor (G-sensor) in case of protection against overwriting clips taken at the time of sharp accelerations, braking and collisions. Energy is supplied to the electronic...components of the recorder via a 5.5-metre-long wire from the car cigarette lighter socket.
