Model overview based on user reviews
The Damixa Arc 29000 is a kitchen faucet praised for its adjustable height and direction, making it convenient for washing large dishes. Users appreciate its beautiful and modern design, with a durable chrome finish that maintains its appearance over time. However, some reviews highlight the need for regular maintenance to ensure longevity, as neglect can lead to issues like leaks or breakage. The faucet's durability is noted with proper care, and it has been used successfully for over a decade by some. On the downside, the included hoses are often too short, requiring additional purchases. Additionally, the product may require a filter system to prevent frequent cartridge replacements in areas with hard water. Overall, while the Damixa Arc 29000 offers excellent functionality and aesthetics, it demands consistent upkeep to perform optimally.

The model is good, but requires maintenance. This is already my second one. The first one was not serviced, so it broke down quickly - within 3 years. The second one has been standing for ten years. We clean it regularly and everything is fine. Degrees of freedom. Requires regular maintenance and repair. the kit is expensive. |
hello everyone) I’m reading reviews here about the Damixa Arc faucet for the kitchen.....I want to add my opinion)) I don’t know how and why after a few weeks or a couple of years, faucets start to leak or break?(((I think that the conclusion is obvious: either the manufacturer is not Denmark at all, or I have had a specific fake since 2009 and it just started leaking....accordingly, I bought a repair kit and eliminated the reasons)) but these are consumables) everything else works without any complaints. and appearance too. all good!! for so many years, not one) use Damixa Arc 29000 more than year |
The idea is good, but the execution is terrible. The warranty is disgusting. In response to my request to fix the breakdown (defect), the chief warranty officer said: you’re lying, I’ve had this one for three years and it’s never broken. The stream of water can be directed in any direction. Terrible workmanship. The casting of the spout in the area where it meets the aerator block is terrible, the edges are sharp and uneven. The latches on the aerator block are unreliable, very thin and rub with force against the sharp and uneven edges of the spout, which is why they break. Apparently, the guarantee providers know this, which is why they turn on the fool. Anyone who claims that the faucet is durable has most likely never changed the direction of the water. The spout at the junction with the aerator block has terrible chrome plating. The brass is as worn out as the landscape of the moon. In closed areas, chrome turns white and crystallizes. |
