How to choose an air conditionerThe main criteria to consider when choosing an air conditioner

What is the difference between a cheap air conditioner and an expensive one?Is it worth paying more when buying an air conditioner? Let's take a look at the pros and cons.
Model overview based on user reviews
The Dekker DSH 105R/L air conditioner is generally appreciated for its quiet operation and effective cooling, making it suitable for rooms up to 25 m². Users highlight its rich functionality, including modes like automode and night mode, and the ability to adjust air flow both vertically and horizontally via the remote control. However, some users find the lack of a backlit remote inconvenient, and there are occasional complaints about the absence of a self-cleaning function. Installation quality seems crucial, as improper setup can lead to noise issues. Overall, it is considered a cost-effective option with a nice design, though some users suggest exploring other brands for potentially better reliability.

It is better to avoid this air conditioner. The outdoor unit makes noise and crackles. On the lowest settings, it blows like on medium. A strong draft for me Nothing This model has collected all known flaws |
Our office is located on the top floor of an old Soviet-era building, and every summer we suffered from unbearable heat. The boss was pounded on this issue for a long time, but he finally gave up and bought this excellent air conditioner. Powerful, very powerful, so powerful that in the first days half of the employees caught a cold. They went too far with the temperature, it happens. After that, they began to study the instructions and correctly set up the direction of the cold air supply. This moment turned out to be very important, because being directly under a stream of icy air is a sure way to a runny nose (and not only). From the remote control, you can adjust the vertical direction (up and down), and the horizontal (right to left) can only be set manually by turning the corresponding guides. They also used heating, it works like a powerful fan heater. In the autumn, until the central heating was turned on, it warmed the entire office, it helped a lot. The remote control is convenient, but the impression is spoiled by the too small LCD screen. A month after the start of work, it became worse to cool, and then completely stopped. They called a repairman, he said that due to improper installation, almost all freon flew away. The indoor unit at full power (turbo mode) is very noisy, and during normal operation it is also clearly audible. In the office, this does not bother anyone, but at home, especially in the bedroom, I would be careful not to take such a model. The remote control has a very small screen and small icons on it. A person with not very good eyesight (this is me about myself) needs to peer for a long time without glasses. use Dekker DSH 265R/L month or more |
for this money, I think the Conder is normal, for those who have noisy internal or external units, I think the installation is defective.. I checked my installers for level and plumb line))) and put rubber bands under the fastenings.. the result is no noise at all.. cools well, very quiet, quieter than a fan, rich functionality, nice design, the ability to adjust the air flow vertically and horizontally from the remote control, there is an ionizer (in my 2014 model) i don’t know, I haven’t found it yet.. perhaps there is no self-cleaning function, but I haven’t figured it out yet.. after pressing the off button, it still blows for a while, so maybe this is it.. and also the remote control is not backlit.. really inconvenient .. use Dekker DSH 105R/L week |
